HOW WE WORK

Through several experiences with varied Customers in different environment, Bruno de Giusti's Engineering Office has developed a "working model", whose path can be summarised in the following practical steps:

ACQUAINTANCE. A brief meeting to know each other and to reach an agreement on terms and condition of the collaboration; this is generally followed immediately by the listening session.
WIDENING. A "listening session", in which our Customer describes itself, what is its challenge, what are its aims, the risks it can tolerate, the timing and what actions it has undertaken till now.
SOLVING. An accurate analysis of all the information collected and a thorough search for all the possible solutions, balancing advantages and drawbacks, considering benefits and investments, evaluating business opportunities and risks.
PRESENTATION. One or more "presentation session(s)" to display the solutions found; in case these need optimisation, a collection of additional information can be considered, to finish our offer and to best customize it.
IMPLEMENTATION. Partial or turn-key implementation of the solution agreed with our Customer.
OPTIMISATION. Analysis of the first results and final optimisation.
MANAGEMENT. Possible supervision throughout the whole life of the solution.
FEEDBACK. At the cooperation end, our Customer is kindly requested to submit a feedback documentation that enables us to make the most of each experience and to unceasingly improve our service.

This model has demonstrated to be a pragmatic approach to the challenge, it can be easily adapted to the particular situation and Customer's requirements, and it gives the space and time needed to imagination; in practice, adding unfailing commitment, it represents the successful formula to our Customer's satisfaction.
